Every time we test a Caravelle runabout we come away somewhat perplexed. We know a boat like the 232 Interceptor is going to run close to 60 mph which it did on a full tank of gas with the chest-thumping Corsa exhaust open. But it's the other key running characteristics that catch us a little off-guard.
